Sydnee Finch, a junior at Round Valley High in Arizona, won the girls elite shot put competition with a mark of 42-9 (13.03m) at the 84th NIKE Chandler Rotary Invitational at Austin Field in Chandler, Ariz. Finch also finished 11th in the elite discus throw competition with a 109-10 (33.49m) effort.
